Participant Contribution
What participants pay depends on their income and funding.
If receiving the Disability Support Pension (DSP): Rent is calculated in line with the NDIS SDA Pricing Arrangements, at 25% of the participant's DSP plus 100% of their Commonwealth Rent Assistance (CRA).
If not receiving the DSP: Rent is a flat $250 per week.
Utilities are billed separately at $150 per month, covering standard household costs.
Participants buy their own groceries, so they're free to choose foods that suit their tastes and dietary needs. And if they'd like a hand, our support team can help with meal planning, grocery shopping, and cooking as part of their personalised supports.
