If receiving the Disability Support Pension (DSP): Rent is calculated in line with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements, at 25% of the participant's DSP plus 100% of their Commonwealth Rent Assistance (CRA).

Utilities are billed separately at $150 per month, covering standard household costs.
